Chemical injection valves for offshore production wellheads designed to avoid corrosion issues at wellhead corrosionon assemply points.
The manifold was designed to stop and to avoid galvanic corrosion coused by using several different rawmaterials on production wellheads. The galvanic corrosion issue resulted in extremely costly operational downtime for the client due to severe leaks over time. The Manifold is used on the chemical injection inlet on the wellhead outlet and allows for isolation of the chemical injection line.
