EV Metalværk Pipe Thread Fittings are manufactured in our factory in Denmark. This ensures consistency and good quality with every delivery.
Pipe thread fitting series is a program of nipples, sleeves, angles, tees, unions and banjo nipples with combination options for EV's other fitting series.
Raw Material: CW614N - Brass (standard)
Lead-free materials available upon request: CW724R – ECOBRASS, CW511L or ECO SZ3 - (nonstandard) CuZn40SiP.
Lead free fittings and valves are not stock. Must be ordered in advance by customer.
Design Pressure: up to 135 bar depending on the dimension.
Design Temperatur: ÷ 50°C to + 120°C.
The pipe thread series is produced with a wide range of different thread types according to the following standards: Pipe thread R, Rp and Rc according to DS/ISO 7/1 Pipe thread G according to DS/ISO 228/1 American pipe thread NPT according to ANSI B1.20.1 Metric thread M according to DS/ISO 261, 724 and 965/3
